Modular Construction
ARCADION have been successful in securing a number of contracts to supply be-spoke design self contained A60 modular units.
New Gymnasium Modules – our client had significant restrictions on crane lifting capacity and installation access, so the replacement modules for these offshore installations were design and constructed in two sections each. The modular sections are installed separately and then sealed and bolted together from the inside. The internal finishing is then extended to cover the join and the visual appearance is one seamless module.
A different client required a new modular office complex. Once again due to difficult access at the location and deck area the module was constructed as five separate sections. With the internals partially completed onshore the installation time offshore was kept to a minimum.
Be-spoke modular design and build removes the restrictions associated with “standard sized” 20ft of 30ft containerised units and allows the client to dictate what they need and make best use of available space even in awkward locations.
We also supply bespoke size or standard 20ft Freezer and Cold-room Refrigerated containers constructed to DNV 2.7.1 standards.
